We are currently experiencing EOD issues affecting several stores across multiple markets. If you experience EODย issues in your store don't delete the JoePOS application but instead continue operating on the same session across days until we have fixed it.
Our technical team is actively working to identify the cause and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Weโre closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated as soon as we have a new POS release ready for deployment.
