Some of you have experienced issues with the latest TheList update -> We have a solution for you!

Hi all,

Some of you have reached out to IT regarding issues on TheList. If you have trouble with The List going back and forth between old/new order, please follow the below sequence for TheList:

  1. Go to App Catalog on the iPad.
  2. Go to right corner and filter by newest.
  3. Install latest App Version named TheList 1.16.26.2.
  4. Approve and wait for instalment.
  5. Go to the updated TheList and go to app information to check current app version matches 1.16.26.2.
  6. You might need to restart the TheList if this does not work!
