Some customers (2–3%) can’t add items to basket in the Joe Loyalty App due to a Storyblok layout issue. Fix in progress.

We’re currently seeing an issue in the Joe Loyalty App affecting a small share of customers when they try to add items to the basket.
What’s happening?
A third-party system called Storyblok (used to push layout/content updates into the app) is currently causing the app layout to behave incorrectly, which in some cases prevents customers from adding items successfully.

✅ We’ve identified the root cause related to Storyblok layout delivery
🔧 Teams are working on resolving it as quickly as possible
