Some customers (2–3%) can’t add items to basket in the Joe Loyalty App due to a Storyblok layout issue. Fix in progress.

We’re currently seeing an issue in the Joe Loyalty App affecting a small share of customers when they try to add items to the basket.

What’s happening?
A third-party system called Storyblok (used to push layout/content updates into the app) is currently causing the app layout to behave incorrectly, which in some cases prevents customers from adding items successfully.

Impact:

  • Approx. 2–3% of customers globally
  • Customers may experience issues when adding items to the basket in the app

Status:
βœ… We’ve identified the root cause related to Storyblok layout delivery
πŸ”§ Teams are working on resolving it as quickly as possible

What stores should do:
If a customer is affected, please guide them to use one of these alternatives:

  • Try again after restarting the app
  • Use in-store ordering as normal
  • Use our website ordering (if relevant in the market)
