[SOLVED] 🚧 JoeApp orders are currently down due to an issue with Commercetools (3rd party system). Customers are not able to place orders in the JoeApp. Teams are working on it!

Hi team 👋

We’re currently experiencing an issue where app orders are not working.

What’s happening?
A third-party system called Commercetools (used to place orders in the Joe app) is currently down 🚧
Because of this, customers may not be able to complete orders in the app.

Impact:
🌍 All markets
📱 App orders may fail or not go through

Status:
✅ The issue has been identified
🔧 Our tech teams are working closely with Commercetools to fix it as quickly as possible

What should you do in-store?
If a customer is affected:

🧾 Take the order in-store as usual

We’ll share an update as soon as the issue is resolved.
