We’re currently experiencing an issue where app orders are not working.
What’s happening?
A third-party system called Commercetools (used to place orders in the Joe app) is currently down 🚧
Because of this, customers may not be able to complete orders in the app.
Impact:
🌍 All markets
📱 App orders may fail or not go through
Status:
✅ The issue has been identified
🔧 Our tech teams are working closely with Commercetools to fix it as quickly as possible
What should you do in-store?
If a customer is affected:
🧾 Take the order in-store as usual
We’ll share an update as soon as the issue is resolved.
