Weโre currently seeing an issue in the Joe Loyalty App affecting a small share of customers when they try to add items to the basket.
Whatโs happening?
A third-party system called Storyblok (used to push layout/content updates into the app) is currently causing the app layout to behave incorrectly, which in some cases prevents customers from adding items successfully.
