Your role

Based at the Danish HQ in Copenhagen, JOE & THE JUICE's People & Development Department is seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our collaborative team. We value the opportunity to work together, fostering a sense of togetherness and synergy.

In this role, you will play an important part in the optimization of various aspects focused on workforce data, shift planning, and employee engagement. You will have the chance to leave your mark on systems and reporting, leveraging a data-driven perspective to strategically develop key areas of the business.

The People & Development department is not your traditional HR department. We are dedicated to business optimization, making data-driven decisions, and facilitating improvement in all areas.

Your tasks

Your tasks will primarily involve analyzing, creating & visualizing data, providing valuable insights and analysis to the management team for informed decision-making and business optimization.

• Improve and maintain our employee data backend.
• Develop and maintain new and insightful reports on employee data.
• Analyze data to develop systematic approaches and reports that empower local management to make informed decisions and improvements.
• Take ownership and responsibility for employee data, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Optimize quarterly employee engagement surveys (EEE), creating reports and delivering data-based analysis for operational improvements.
• Undertake various ad hoc tasks related to documentation of internal procedures, policies, and other People & Development responsibilities.
• Providing the local markets of Joe & the Juice with employee data.

Your profile

While having a degree in the relevant field or industry experience is an advantage, it is not a requirement for this role. We are seeking individuals who have a basic understanding of People & Development processes and enjoy working with data analysis. Your role will involve hands-on data handling and consolidation, so proficiency in number-crunching is essential. With solid mathematical foundations and great communication skills, you can effectively present the findings of your analyses. Your proactive and competent nature, motivated by a desire for personal and professional development, enables you to excel in this role.

Your qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Highly structured with solid analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Possess a creative approach to optimizing processes, regardless of size and complexity.
• Diligent and attentive to detail in all tasks.

The role reports to a Senior Associate, who will provide guidance and support as you develop your skills and contribute to the team's success.
