As part of the company's growth, we have reached a point were decentralizing the Customer Care responsibilities to key local markets is necessary. As a DK Customer Care trainee, you will be in close dialog with the local operational management team as well as the UK Customer Care HQ. You will be handling local customer engagement (in this case, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland) via our CRM systems.

As a vital part of our team, your responsibilities will include actively engaging with our customers through various communication channels. This involves skilfully responding to and documenting reviews from platforms like Yelp, Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor via our Myli platform.
Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in managing and processing selected customer care emails. Your interaction with our valued app users through the JOE-App inbox will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring customer satisfaction, you will assist in tracking and forwarding missing receipts and helping customers retrieve any lost or missing items.
Furthermore, you'll have the rewarding task of distributing gift cards to our customers.
We expect that you are flexible when it comes to workload and working hours and that you take a sincere responsibility about your work and the tasks you are assigned to. The workload is expected to be full-time, with hours allocated on the weekends.
