The Customer Care department is currently hiring a trainee at the UK HQ. As a trainee, you will be part of a small team, responsible for the JOE & THE JUICE customer engagement globally.

What we’re looking for…

JOE & THE JUICE consists of a diverse range of people with different and unique skillsets, who all have in common that they’re extremely passionate about their work. We are first and foremost, looking for a person who fit into our team and contribute positively on a daily basis, both professionally and socially.

You will be trained bottoms up in all our internal processes, platforms & the related reporting, with the end goal of making you an expert within your area.

We expect you to be fluent in spoken and written English and have a basic understanding of the Office package, mainly Excel and Word. Besides that, no previous experience within the field is required, as long as you are eager to learn, works hard and has a strict discipline and focus.

We expect that you are flexible when it comes to workload and working hours, and that you take a sincere responsibility about your work and the tasks you are assigned to. The workload is expected to be between 20-25 hours a week.

On a daily basis, you will be assisting in the following areas:

  • Replying and registering reviews from Yelp, Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor and more, through the Myli platform
  • Replying and registering selected emails from our customer care inbox
  • Engaging with app users through the JOE-App inbox
  • Retrieving and forward missing receipts to customers
  • Assisting customers in retrieving lost/missing items
  • Sending out gift cards to customers
