Monday this week, the Engagement questions went live, reaching you through both mail and text via. the Peakon platform.

Peakon is built around an anonymity framework, which means that all feedback remains confidential, allowing you to share your fully honest opinions.

Completing the survey typically takes approximately 10 minutes, and your valuable feedback is much appreciated. Your voice plays a crucial role in our ongoing efforts to make Joe & The Juice the best place to work.

Deadline for participation is on Sunday the 24th at 11.59pm!

The Rating Scale:

You can rate the questions based on the engagement rating scale that goes from 0-10. The scores are divided into 3 main groups – Detractors (0-6), Passives (7-8) and Promoters (9-10).
