Make Joe & the Juice a better place to work!

On Monday 25th March this years first employee engagement survey for 2024 goes live. We strive to become the first truly people-centric food & beverage company.

You will receive a personal link to the survey via either email or text message directly from our engagement partner Peakon.

Peakon is built around an anonymity framework, which means that all feedback remains confidential, allowing you to share your honest opinion. Your voice plays a crucial role in our ongoing efforts to make Joe & the Juice the best place to work. This is achieved trough the following three steps:

As a new initiative, our four JOE & THE JUICE company virtues are now included in the survey. This means that you now have the opportunity to tell us, to what degree you think, we strive to live by our unique virtues daily.

Completing the survey typically takes 10 minutes, and your feedback is much appreciated.
