On Monday the 4th of December 2023 our last employee engagement survey for 2023 goes live as we strive to become the first truly people-centric food & beverage company.

You will receive a personal link to the survey via either email or text message directly from our engagement partner Peakon.

Peakon is built around an anonymity framework, which means that all feedback remains confidential, allowing you to share your honest opinion. Your voice plays a crucial role in our ongoing efforts to make Joe & the Juice the best place to work. This is achieved trough the following three steps:
