We are looking for a Head of People to be a part of our HQ in Paris

This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in all People & Development processes and activities in our Mid-EU operations. You will be responsible for the overall engagement, development, and compliance of our +500 passionate employees across our 34 stores (still counting) and be the primary contact between top management and the rest of our People & Development teams within the region; France, The Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland. You will have direct reference to our MID-EU Managing Director based in Paris and dotted reporting line to our Global Head of HR based in our global HQ in Copenhagen.

You will be situated in our Mid-EU HQ, located at 8th arrondissement in Paris, France.


What you’ve got:

  • Minimum five years of experience within HR
  • Relevant HR experience at a management level
  • Deep understanding and expertise within HR law
  • Knowledge and experience with French employment matters as well as with multiple national regulations and cultures
  • Expertise within organizational change, expansion & growth
  • Understanding of the retail landscape and retail business drivers
  • In-depth Learning and Development experience
  • Solid communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and French
  • A Master’s degree within Law or Human Resource Management is preferred but not a requirement
