COMMERCIAL KPI REPORT

The Competition:

It is competition time once again!

All stores will be divided into 5 different leagues determined by their market. All stores within each league will be competing against each other.

The Leagues

1. Denmark

2. Norway, Sweden and Finland

3. United States

4. United Kingdom

5. Mid Europe

Competition Format

The Commercial KPI Competition is divided into 6 different sprints, each sprint will run for 2 weeks, and has its own price.

THIS MEANS YOU CAN WIN A TOTAL OF SIX TIMES!

Each of the six Sprints has a focus area, where the best performing store within the focus area will take the 1st price!

The six sprints are:

1st Sprint - Highest App Conversion %

15th April -28th April

2nd Sprint - Highest Regular Juice/Shake %

29th April - 12th May

3rd Sprint - Highest Turnover vs. SOM (Start of Month forecast) %

13th May - 26th May

4th Sprint - Highest App Conversion %

27th May - 9th June

5th Sprint - Highest Regular Juice/Shake %

10th June - 23rd June

6th Sprint -  Highest App Conversion %

24th June - 7th June

The rules are simple. Outperform the other bars in your league and win the 1st price.

The Prices:

The best performing stores will in each sprint add the below amount to their total winnings. If you win multiple sprints, the total number will increase!

This means that you can get the most epic team day in Joe's history!

And as a bonus, your team will have a professional photo taken and be featured on all digitals screens in all stores in your league!

Norway, Sweden and Finland

1st Price: 7.750 SEK / 7.750 NOK / 650€
