Dear Juicers,

As Juicer in JOE & THE JUICE, you play a vital role in maintaining and developing the JOE culture.

Last year you provided us with your personal view on selected company virtues in a global survey and want to deeply thank each one of you who participated.

Now, almost one year later (with more than 1,100 survey replies), we are proud to reveal our four company virtues based on your feedback, which represent the future of JOE while staying true to our legacy as described in our manifest.

So, what does it mean to you as a juicer?

The company virtues have now been integrated into the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and pre- & onboarding to training & development and off-boarding processes and to operationalize them into our daily lives in the stores.

Additionally, the virtues will be incorporated into the upcoming engagement survey launching next Monday on March 25th.
