The UK stockhandling department is expanding and looking for a full-time Prospect Inventory Specialist.

‍

THE ROLE

• The Prospect Inventory Specialist will work to secure a stable supply of goods and streamline the stockhandling process on store level
• They will work closely with, and report to the operational purchasing manager and the back-end purchasing department at HQ
• Assist in the daily contact with BM’s, ensuring that all orders, deliveries and stock ideals are optimal
• This is an operational position, with the majority of time spent BTC working closely with SM Jr’s and BM’s, through dedicated projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A strong interest in stockhandling, both front-end and back-end
• Excellent understanding of ideals, ordering, deliveries
• Motivation to grow and develop within the company
• Strong organisational skills with focus on deadlines and time sensitive tasks
• Able to communicate well, both verbally and written
• A desire to improve the UK market’s performance  
• Attention to detail & continuously striving for perfection
• Ease in providing verbal/written feedback to market management
• Experience in Microsoft Excel is a big plus (not required)
