Job summary

The position as Costumer Care Trainee will be based in our danish headquarters in Copenhagen and will be part of our Brand & Communication department, which include teams such as Costumer Care, Communication, Creative, Social Media & Partnerships and Music. The role is global with a main focus on our operations in the nordics. The overall responsibility will include actively engaging with our customers through the Joe Loyalty app inbox. Here you’ll be handling customer feedback from purchases, tehchincal issues and construcive feedback. Ensuring customer satisfaction and assist in tracking and forwarding missing receipts and helping customers retrieve any lost or missing items.

Key qualifications

  • You don't need any previous experience to join our movement, although it is a plus! If you're a hard worker, with a can-do attitude, and an eagerness to learn, we'd love to hear from you! You will be trained bottom-up in all our internal processes, platforms & and related reporting, with the end goal of making you an expert within your area.
  • Fluency in oral and written Danish and English
  • Basic understanding of the office package
  • High work-moral
  • A guest-first approach

We expect that you are flexible when it comes to workload and working hours and that you take a sincere responsibility about your work and the tasks you are assigned to. The workload is expected to be full-time, with hours allocated on the weekends.
