Position Title: Facilities & Construction Coordinator
Location: US HQ Oο¬ce - NYC
Reports To: Head of Facilities Management & Construction β US
Status: Salaries β Exempt
Salary: Β $52,000 β $62,400 based on experience
β
Facilities Management & Construction (FM&C) is responsible for ensuring the functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability,
and eο¬ciency of all JOE locations. The FM&C Coordinator is an integral part of the team that will work closely with the
Head of FM&C to support all FM&C activities. The Coordinator will be the first point of contact for internal and external
business partners seeking support and information from FM&C and serve as centralized US HQ support for the entire
FM&C team.
β’ Vendor and contract management
β’ Assist in managing CMMS platform, track KPIs and ensure all SLAs are being met
β’ Manage and track all FM&C agency (DOH, DOB, DOA, EPA, etc.) related citations to ensure timely remediation
β’ FM&C procurement utilizing industry best practices
β’ Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining SOPs, company policies, and processes
β’ Assist in all aspects of project implementation to include, but not limited to all phases of construction projects from
planning and design to construction and commissioning
β’ Prepare business cases, solicit design proposals, and assist with construction bid and contracting processes
β’ Assist with managing contractors and consultants and provide detailed updates to main stakeholders
β’ Coordinate, organize, and collaborate with third parties regarding facilities and infrastructure project delivery
β’ Assist with scheduling, budgeting and budget forecasting, reporting, cost control, and inspections/monitoring
β’ Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally, and in written form with internal and external
partners
β’ Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal skills to work in a team
environment across multiple markets and time zones
β’ Excellent time management, organizational, coordination, critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills
β’ Demonstrated ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using independent judgment and personal
initiative
β’ Must be flexible for potential travel and working off-hours as needed for project requirements
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently without regular direct supervision
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Suite
β’ Associates Degree and above with 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in FM&C or related fields
