As we continue our mission to be the best company in the global food & beverage industry, we want you to help take us to the next level! We are currently hiring for our newest in-store role, the Guest Engager.

We are looking for Guest Engagers with the following availability:
Full Availability

The Role:
As a Guest Engager, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with transitioning from traditional in-store processes to the Joe & the Juice APP. Your primary responsibility will be to convert our customers to the app, and how to use the app effectively to enhance their shopping experience. This role combines customer engagement and excellent customer service skills to ensure a smooth transition for customers.

What we're looking for:
You don't need any previous experience to join our movement, although it is a plus! If you're a hard worker, with a can-do attitude, and an eagerness to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Promotion:

  • Highlight app-exclusive promotions, discounts, and offers to drive app adoption among customers.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products or services that complement the app.
  • Highlight the QR codes on the table to generate a faster order flow in-store. 

Customer Assistance:

  • Welcome and assist customers who are interested in using the store's mobile app.
  • Provide one-on-one guidance and support to customers who need help with app installation and setup.
  • Answer questions and address concerns related to app usage, features, and benefits.
  • Show customers where they can order from in-store (on the app, till, at the tables etc) The goal is to generate more orders in-store.

App Installation and Setup:

  • Assist customers in downloading and installing the store's app on their smartphones.
  • Help customers create accounts and profiles within the app.

 Customer Engagement:

  • Encourage customers to explore the app's functionalities, such as scanning barcodes for product information and reviews.
  • Promote the convenience and time-saving benefits of using the app.
  • Collect customer feedback and suggestions to help improve the app's user experience.

Salary: $17.50-20
