Position title:ย HR /Office Administrator
Reports to:ย Senior HR Manager
Job Location:ย 110 Greene Street New York, NY 10012
Salary Range:ย $23.00 โ€“ $25.00/hour

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR/Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at our US headquarter office. The ideal candidate will perform a mix of HR-related duties and office management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining an efficient, clean, and welcoming office wile supporting the HR department This role requires you to be working in the office 5 days per week. There is no work from home option available for this role due to its scope of responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ๐Ÿ”‘ ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle routine HR inquiries from employees.
  • Assist with preparation of HR communications.
  • Oversee and maintain HQ office meeting room space reservations.
  • Ensure general cleanliness and organization of the office, coordinating with cleaning staff if necessary.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring all devices are functional and stocked.
  • Coordinate services for vendors visiting office 110 Greene Street HQ location.
  • Assist with greeting people arriving/departing the office.
  • Coordinate office team building activities, including Friday Lunch.
  • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ ๐Ÿ†

  • High School diploma or equivalent; bachelorโ€™s degree is desirable.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
