WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO HIRE AN ADDITIONAL RECRUITER TO THE U.S RECRUITMENT TEAM, STARTING MARCH 7TH, 2024.

As a US Recruiter you will be part of the US management, spending approx. 50% of your full-time hours in the office or remote working with the set Recruitment targets, while rest of the time is spent in our stores with the intention to increase cultural engagement.‍

As a Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will…

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment goals
• Maintains contact with external employment-related agencies and attends career fairs/consortiums and related events to continually build a pipeline of quality candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A people-person with strong communication skills and impeccable attention to detail

• Skilled at engaging candidates or through outbound prospecting
• Autonomous and able to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
• Demonstrated ability to remain focus despite frequent interruptions. 
• Ability to treat confidential information with utmost discretion.

RATE:

21-23$ per hour.
