Position title: SR Supply Chain Manager
Reports to: Country Manager
About the role
As a senior supply chain associate you will be assisting in optimizing and maintaining supply chain in JOE & THE JUICE Denmark, working with multiple suppliers and stakeholders on an national level. You will be part of a great and exciting international growth company in a young and dynamic work environment. The work consists of various layers of analysis and reporting to various stakeholders, therefore a good level of data understanding, and an analytic mindset is required.
The daily work includes reporting of financial key numbers on both weekly and monthly basis, procurement and supplier dialogue as well as supporting and controlling local purchasing team. It’s therefore a plus if you have experience in supplier dialogue on a national level as well as managing a supply chain on a national level. Working in the HQ Danish Operation team in JOE & THE JUICE you will be part of setting up national agreements and structures, which are executed by local management.
Who are you?
We are looking for a person who can drive daily workflows together with the team members and help the Supply Chain Director & The Danish Market to execute strategic initiatives on supply chain development and optimization, as well as assisting in the setup and negotiation with various suppliers.
You will be directly responsible for a group of trainees and Jr. Associates in the supply chain, who you will need to provide guidance and support for, as well as controlling their daily tasks, ensuring that the supply chain runs as efficient and smooth as possible. Therefore, a certain experience within leadership is appreciated but not required.
The work will consist of working in our own developed inventory management system, as well as in excel, type-form and other programs. It is therefore expected that you posses a certain skillset in data handling, Excel & Microsoft Office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Drive and control reporting processes on weekly and monthly basis
- Control and reconciliation of local purchasing managers on supplier reconciliation and key performance indicators
- Provide optics and intelligence to supply chain members to help optimize performance and overall setup
- Inventory system management
- Supplier dialogue and negotiation with local suppliers
- Assist SC Director on strategic decisions to help optimize the global supply chain
- Daily contact / lead of team consisting of trainees and Jr. Associates
- Assist Market Management and operation to perform on a healthy waste management and COGS KPI’s.
- Ensure heathy operational performance regarding tap-outs / availability & products (PLTO)
- Ensure healthy Till Difference and communication from HOC.
- Ensure correct invoicing and credit notes.
- Foresee tendencies in market and adjust stocks accordingly. (seasonal)
The job is a full time position and the place of work is at the headquarter in Copenhagen, DK
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
The majority of your time is spent overseeing the Supply Chain department, maintenance store product availability and ensure supply chain costs uphold market expectations. The Supply chain manager are therefor responsibility of optimising the performance of the following main KPI’s:
- Ensure helathy waste performance on 3,5% for the Danish Market and optimal stock reporting for the market.
- Ensure optimal till differences and End-of-day handling and reporting
- Ensure optimal product availability and minimal potential lost TO.
