Hi Everyone,

There are some important changes coming to our JOE Cards (previously called Loyalty cards) on Tuesday November 19th at 12pm (CET)!

What is changing?

JOE Cards:

• JOE Cards now have expiry dates! No longer will they last ‘for ever and ever!’ JOE Cards will now automatically expire after 12 months. Note that there will be some cards that have shorter expiry dates (like Black Friday Cards), so please keep an eye out for this.
• All Loyalty Cards are now called JOE Cards, please make sure you keep using the right terms!
• The updated T&Cs will be available for guests to access on our website and the app.

In-Store physical cards (Only Nordics: DK, SE, FI, NO):

• Note the date of purchase on the JOE Card with a pen before handing it to the guest in-store, and inform the guest about the 12 months expiry date.
• If the guest purchased the card before the updated Terms & Conditions were published on Tuesday November 19th 2024, the card will not be changed and so will not have an expiry date.

App (all markets):

• Black Friday Cards: 6 months expiry (visible in their wallet). This also applies if a market offers physical Black Friday cards.
• JOE Cards (cards which guests can purchase): 12 months expiry (visible on the purchased card in wallet).
• Reward cards (issued as a reward as part of the loyalty journey on the App): 31 days expiry.
• Inform guests that they can refer to the Terms & Conditions for more details.

Reminder for all juicers – we do not provide or sell Gift cards at JOE, JOE Cards only!
