On their profile page, customers can now add their Joe Loyalty card to their digital wallet (Apple/Google) and use it directly at the terminal — no need to open the app.

What happens in-store?

When a customer taps their digital wallet on the terminal:

On terminal

• “Discount available”
• Option to Accept or Decline

On POS

• Customer name is displayed as shown here:
• Pending the customer to select an option

Why it matters

• Faster checkout experience
• Higher loyalty usage (especially for subscriptions & discounts)
• Smoother flow during busy hours

What you need to do

• Be aware of the discount prompts on the terminal and POS
• Ask the customer if needed, but let them decide (Accept/Decline)
• No additional steps required — the flow itself is automatic
