Weβre currently experiencing an issue where app orders are not working.
Whatβs happening?
A third-party system called Commercetools (used to place orders in the Joe app) is currently down π§
Because of this, customers may not be able to complete orders in the app.
Impact:

π§ Our tech teams are working closely with Commercetools to fix it as quickly as possible
What should you do in-store?
If a customer is affected:
