Today, we have released a new version of JoePOS globally. Make sure that you have downloaded version 2.0.322.5.
Today, we have released a new version of JoePOS. This version solves majority of the Scan2Pay issues. However, we still have issues with Scan2Pay-orders being placed by scanning the QR Code on the customers phone with the JoePOS camera. Therefore, we recommend you to use the normal flow, where the customer scans the QR Code on the Credit Card terminals with the phone camera.

If it has not updated automatically, go to the Hexnode app, find the "Catalog" page and download JoePOS 2.0.322.5.
To see the current version on JoePOS, click on the menu on the top right ->Â Choose settings ->Â App Information ->Â Version -> You will find the version name.
