We are excited to announce we will be launching a brand-new employee app designed to revolutionize how we communicate and connect with one another across departments, areas, regions, and stores.

Dear UK Juicers,

We are excited to announce a significant milestone in our journey towards fostering collaboration and strengthening peer relationships within our operation. Starting on Friday, September 22nd, 2023, we will be launching a brand-new employee app designed to revolutionize how we communicate and connect with one another across departments, areas, regions, and stores.

As we continue to grow and evolve, it has become increasingly important to create a unified platform for everyone to interact, share ideas, and build meaningful relationships. This employee app has been carefully crafted with this purpose in mind, and we believe it will greatly enhance our internal communication and communities.


Key Features of the New Employee App:

  • Unified Inter-Workforce Communication: The app will serve as a central hub for all internal communication, eliminating the need for multiple tools and platforms. Regardless of position or location, you will have easy access to important company updates, announcements, and conversations with your fellow juicers. This app will be the only official place for company approved communication going forward and all team WhatsApp and other groups will be moved over to this platform.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Recognition: Breaking down departmental silos, the app will provide a space where you can connect with colleagues from different areas of the company. This will encourage the exchange of ideas and knowledge sharing, ultimately fostering collaboration and recognition.
  • Regional Networking: Our organization spans across various regions / areas, and this app will help bridge the geographical gap by enabling you to connect with colleagues from different locations. This will not only strengthen our sense of unity but also open up opportunities for cross-regional teamwork.
  • Events and Social Calendar: Stay informed about company events, training sessions, and social activities through the app's event calendar. You can also create and join interest-based groups to connect with like-minded colleagues who share your passions.

Important Note: The launch of this app will be a test within the UK market until the end of the year During this testing period, we will closely monitor the most engaging functions and gather valuable feedback from all of you. We are hopeful that with your active participation and feedback, we will achieve all success criteria needed to ensure that this becomes a global tool. A successful UK launch will open up doors for a lot more exciting features, and it will enable all members of our workforce to engage across the world.


To ensure a smooth transition, we will be providing training sessions and resources leading up to the launch date. Each of our Regional Managers will furthermore be available to assist you with any questions or issues you may encounter.
