Due to some recent issues with the POS system and The List, some stores are now using outdated versions.
Some stores might have a red "TEST" banner in the top right corner of the screen on the POS and The List. If you see this, it is crucial that you update to the latest version, as it causes issues with data collection:
Step 1: Go to/Find the 'App Catalog' app':
Step 2: Sort by latest in the top right corner of the screen:
Step 3: Find the POS version: "2.0.280" and The List version: "1.6.5" and click "install"/"update":
