Gamified onboarding Training launching on Friday!
In cooperation with a company called Attensi, we have created a fun and gamified way to onboard all new juicers with the basic knowledge that is needed before their first practical training day:
- We are taking training in JOE to a whole other level by introducing a new fun interacting platform!
- Our new game-based training app combines both fun, bite-sized minigames with practice customer dialogues covering all basics of being a legendary juicer
- Why? Because we want to improve the juicer experience in our onboarding and training
Why does this have to do with you?
- From Friday the 17th of March all new Juicers to be hired will be onboarded with the gamified learning app
- We want to be aligned in everything we do and learn in Joe & The Juice. Therefore, all experienced and existing Juicers should also play through the Attensi games!

How to download the Attensi app?
- Download Attensi SKILLS on your mobile app store, or scan the QR code beneath
- Enter the company code 'Joe'
- Login with your mobile number and the verification code you receive
- Let the games begin!
Remember, that learning by doing and making mistakes is the best way to learn. This is encourage even stronger in Attensi - so you might not get it right the first time you play 😉

Worldwide Attensi Competition
We are running a worldwide competition
- Competition length: 17th of March to the 7th of April.
- Leagues: All store's will be divided into 12 different leagues
- Winners: The store's with the highest average score in each league will be crowned as the ATTENSI CHAMPION's
- Prizes: All employees in the winning store will win a unique Attensi 3 items card on the JOE App
All store's in each market have the possibility to win! SO GET READY!
