‍Monthly Focus in January: Correct Waiting Time

Reaching a medal in Correct Waiting Time during January will double up the points allocated in the point system. We'll need to focus on right XonShift and Team Positioning strategies to deliver orders on time!

Monthly Focus in February: App Conversions

Reaching a medal in App Conversions during February will double up the points allocated in the point system. We'll need to focus on converting as many POS guests to the App by informing our guests about all the benefits of using the App.

What is the Module?

• The module will be a part of the BM Prospect Training
• The module is divided into 9 steps, for an intuitive step by step training
• The module will give the learnings of the guest related KPIs and why they are important
• The module will teach the Bar Manager that improving KPIs won’t happen from day to day
