The previous years we've introduced a Q4 global competition and this year is No exception! We want to drive the motivation in the stores to finish off the year strong. 

The competition is all about beating your store's sales target with the highest % increase. Push your store to the top and claim the victory - good prizes to win! 😍💸

WHEN?

The competition will kick start on this Monday - October 7th 🏁 and ends December 31st! 

Throughout the competition you'll be updated on daily, weekly & monthly basis to keep track on your store performance. 

You'll also be able to directly track the performance on the POS through the BM DASHBOARD

WHAT:

Compete against other stores in your region by surpassing your sales target. To win, you're stores MUST hit 3 key sub-targets over the next 3 months:

1. Reaching the target for cross-selling: Water

2. Reaching the target of up-selling: Add-ons

3. Reaching the target of selling: Combo offer

Stay on top of your store's progress by checking daily targets and market updates. Consistently hitting your daily goals will pave the way for success over the entire 3-month competition! 

HOW TO WIN

All stores will be divided into 5 regions. The top 3 stores in each region will win a prize pool to be shared as a individual bonus based on hours worked 🎊

Requirements🎯

Before your store's sales target and bonus can be activated and measured against others, 3 key requirements must be met. Make sure to hit these benchmarks to unlock the reward 💸

1️⃣ - The whole league meet's it's Q4 2024 collective sales target. 📈

2️⃣ - The store meets the individual Q4 KPI targets on: 

1. Water sales 💦
2. Add on sale 🍋🥑
3. Combo Offer sales 🥙+🥤 

3️⃣ - Ticket size does not decrease compared to last year 📉

BONUS STRUCTURE 💰

If your store ends in top 3 and all requirements are met, your in for a solid bonus on the January pay slip! 

The specific bonus will be allocated based on Hours worked in the 3 month period but all team members will be rewarded! #TeamEffort 

What about Black Friday? 🔜

Black Friday will act as a sprint within the Q4 competition and hopefully boost your chances of reaching all of your targets 💰🔥

This means that it'll not only serve as a contributor to your overall Q4 performance BUT also comes with prizes to be won in the Black Friday period 🎇
