REGIONAL MANAGER – JOB OPPORTUNITY

We're currently looking to hire a new Regional Manager to join our German market in Hamburg and drive operational excellence by leading and developing people in alignment with our company values.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a full-time position with a minimum 1-year duration, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The ideal start date will be on 1st of March 2024. You will be working closely with and reporting to Area Manager Frederik Brøndum.

As a Regional Manager at JOE & THE JUICE, you will provide leadership, support, and direction to Bar Managers, ensuring that all Juicers are promoters of Joe & The Juice, striving to actively live by our company Manifest.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant Manager experience in retail.
• Value-Based leadership: Make decisions in alignment with personal and company values.
• Commercial Mindset: Demonstrate a strong set of people and operational skills.
• Strategic Planning: Develop SMART action plans for both short- and long-term.
• Communication: Great communication skills, using situational leadership to adapt to different people and scenarios. Strong English communication skills are needed, and an understanding of the German language will be an advantage but not a requirement.

COMPENSATION:

You will be compensated with a fixed monthly salary based on Moneyball position with a small amount of BTC ratio. Furthermore, there will be a potential company-provided accommodation support for the first month (negotiable).
