We're currently looking to hire a new Regional Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany!

Job Summary:

As an Regional Manager in JOE & THE JUICE, you have the overall responsibility for controlling and optimizing the stores within your assigned region.

The Regional Manager’s primary role is to serve as a leadership and support resource to Bar Managers and employees, while balancing the needs and goals of our business.

As an Regional Manager you enjoy the journey of providing consultative support and service to JOE & THE JUICE bars.

Summary of Experience:

• Progressively responsible food & beverage or retail experience (3 years)
• Regional Manager or equivalent level position (2 years)
• Experience analyzing financial reports
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Experience in a multi-unit environment
• Retail management experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to manage the overall operations of multiple stores independently
• Knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations
• Organization and planning skills
• Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
• Supervisory skills
• Team-building skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to build relationships
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

In addition to the above duties, the successful candidate must work well independently and in team environments. S/he must be a critical thinker, problem-solver and be tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective oral and written communication skills, active listening skills, the ability to assess and evaluate business needs and exposure, and the ability to identify critical issues & solutions quickly and accurately.
