We are currently on the lookout for new additions to join the Training Department.

‍

The role:

Primarily remaining based working in your current Area/Region, your role will be focused on TR to JQ progression.

• Project based Training in Lowest Seniority Stores.
• Training & Preparing Trainees for their Basic Juicer Performance Shift.
• Conducting TQ (Trainer Qualified) Validations/Exams, along with Basic Juicer Performance Shifts.
• Opportunities to work in our Highest Turnover Stores, and New Store Openings.
• Opportunities to train our newest employees in Campus (although this will not be the focus of the role.)

What we are looking for:

• A desire to represent & spread JOE's Values and Mission.
• High energy & positive attitude.
• Confidence working with & speaking to large groups.
• Attention to detail & continuously striving for perfection.
• Capability providing verbal/written feedback to both Trainees directly, and Store/Region Management.

Application prosess:

The application process is open to all, as there are positions available across the Moneyball levels.

Although prior training experience is of benefit, this is not required, as applicants will be enrolled into a specialised 'Becoming a Trainer' program, learning to train both in Campus & BTC (Behind the Counter.)

Whilst ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 3 months BTC experience -> We would love to hear of potential future trainers to keep an eye on!
