The Franchise team currently has a handful of open spots to join the rollout of J&TJ in a new franchise market to support and open the market in a sustainable and professional way, that ensures that the Partner can run the market the JOE WAY continuously, after our presence in the market.

About the project:

We are offering this amazing opportunity to our best-performing employees (all Moneyball levels) globally to work abroad as an international support team to be a part of this exciting – opening of new franchises in the Middle East. You will play a big role in implementing and establishing JOE & THE JUICE in the Middle East and help sustain a solid introduction of our work procedures BTC.

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience
• Complete and aligned understanding of E-Campus of all JQ modules (incl. All newly added material)
• Good feedback from RM, AM, or OM
• Interested in training and ready to carry out additional tasks
• Ready for departure asap

Expectations:

• We expect the Juicer/SWAT to be signed and committed to the project for 6 months
• We expect that the Juicer/SWAT will follow and use E-Campus and its procedures to perfection.
• We expect the juicer/SWAT to act as a Brand Ambassador in a positive and genuine way towards our brand and company
• We expect the juicer to behave in a respectful and considered way towards the country, the culture and the local workforce

We offer:

• Free accommodation with a shared room
• Fixed contract with 40 hours/week
• Locally paid salary
• Flight tickets to and from destination at start and end of contract
