We are currently looking to hire one additional recruiter to the UK Recruitment team based in London, for the summer season starting in April 2023 to September 2023.‍

As a recruiter you will be responsible for hiring of new staff to our stores. The role is a full-time position where most of the time is spent on reviewing job applications and hosting interviews.

YOU WILL:

  • Be responsible of your own recruitment region, ensuring a professional recruitment process from point of receiving an application to point of hire
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting- and sourcing tools (e.g., online recruitment portal, application portal, in-person job fairs).
  • Screen and interview qualified candidates
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment goals
  • On request basis, you will take the lead on recruiting for store outside your normal recruitment region

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A positive people-person with strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong deadline management
  • Skilled at engaging candidates and represent JOE brand values
  • Autonomous and able to work independently and simultaneously on multiple hiring projects
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to treat confidential information with utmost discretion.

We will prioritize applicants with minimum 1 year seniority in the company, where managerial experience is a plus. Lack of seniority or managerial experience can be compensated with relevant experience.

The successful applicant will be given training.

To begin with, the position is seasonal from April 2023 – September 2023, with potential extension.
