We are currently looking to add an additional Recruiter to the U.S Recruitment team, starting April, 2023

As a US Recruiter you will be part of the US management, working full time hours with finding the best talents to join our team!

As a Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will…

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment goals
• Maintains contact with external employment-related agencies and attends career fairs/consortiums and related events to continually build a pipeline of quality candidates.

Qualifications:

• A people-person with strong communication skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Skilled at engaging candidates or through outbound prospecting
• Autonomous and able to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to remain focus despite frequent interruptions.
• Ability to treat confidential information with utmost discretion.

Salary: $21-23 per hour

Employment: Full-time 30-40 hours per week

Location: NYC HQ Office
