Dear Juicers 🤩

The 17^th of March, we launched our new gamified learning platform called Attensi. The platform is teaching our new employees the basic procedures of working as a Juicer in a new bite-sized and gamified way.

The last 4 weeks, we have been running an Attensi Compeition to onboard all existing Juicers with the new gamified training platform.

We are now ready to announce the winning stores in each league who will be rewarded as Attensi Champions! As a symbol of their great efforts all Juicers in each winning store will receive a unique and specially designed Attensi 3-item card in their Joe App.

Huge shoutout to the two winning London stores Tower 42 and Wimbledon Station who completely outperformed all other stores in reaching the highest average scores – both above 49.000 - that is an incredible effort!

We also need to acknowledge Adam Selmqvist from Gallerian Mall – who reached the highest individual score on 49.796 - well done! 💪

All new hires will be onboarded with the Attensi modules – and during the year we will introduce more training games on the platform – so do yourself a favor and keep the App on your mobile phone 😉

*To all Trainers out there: it is important that you refer to the Attensi app as much as possible when training a new Juicer in the store. Remember, that all Product recipes can be practiced in the “flash card” section on the app as well.
